The Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League is pleased to announce Crosby Mateychuk of the Eastman Selects as the CCM Hockey Player of the Week for the week ending December 14.
2010 born Crosby, a first-round pick for the WHL Vancouver Giants, had an outstanding performance from Dec 8 to 14th, recording 5 goals and 3 assists, including the overtime winner against the Winnipeg Thrashers on Dec 13. Crosby currently ranks 6th in league scoring and leads all defensemen in U18AAA league scoring.
