The Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League is pleased to announce Ludovic Perreault of the Winnipeg Wild as the CCM Hockey Player of the Week for the week ending January 26.
Ludo is a 15 year old playing in his first season with the U18 Wild. The 5’ 7” 160lb forward is extremely skilled and talented and he continues to be a consistent contributor to the Wild’s success. During the Wild’s two wins this past week Ludo scored 3 times and added 3 more assists for a total of 6 points and he is currently second in points with the Wild and in the league with a total of 61 points in 33 games (27 goals and 34 assists). He also leads the Wild with a plus/minus rating of +39. His compete and his high skill level make Ludo a player who is relied upon on to play in all critical situations with the team. Ludo is a grade 10 student at Centre Scolaire Leo-Remillard and was drafted in the first round in the WHL by the Victoria Royals.
