The Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey league is pleased to announce Quinten Fisk of the Parkland Rangers as the CCM Hockey Player of the Week, for the week ending Oct. 20.
In three games this week Quinten scored 4 times and added 4 assists. Two of his goals were scored short handed. Quinten is a 16 year old grade 11 student from Dauphin, whose MJHL list rights are with the Dauphin Kings. He is a hard worker on and off the ice and has been a great example for the rest of his teammates. Quinten is always positive and his work ethic has translated to great play on the ice, which has rubbed off on his teammates. He plays hard on both sides of the ice and along with his offensive threat he is an excellent penalty killer as was demonstrated with his 2 shorties this week. Quinten currently leads the league in points (18) as well as in goals (11).
