William Marceus of the Winnipeg Wild is the CCM Hockey Player of the Week!
The Manitoba U18 AAA Hockey League is happy to announce forward William Marceus of the Winnipeg Wild as the CCM Hockey Player of the Week, for the week ending October 29. William (Willy) is a 16 year old playing in his first season with the U18 Wild. The 5’ 9” 165lb forward contributed to the Wild’s three wins this past week by notching 2 goals and adding another 6 assists, and he currently leads the Wild in points with 10 in 8 games. He is a quiet but extremely competitive player who leads through his hard work both on and off the ice. Willy is in grade eleven attending Kelvin Highschool in Winnipeg, and he is a drafted player by the Winnipeg Blues of the MJHL.
